After the first few days after Belief Coding I felt different but I couldn’t put my finger on how. It felt like a weight was lifted and I was proactive and getting things done. That week after the session was also the week before I was due on so I was dealing with pms and anxiety around doing a pregnancy test and finding out. That month was the first month that I didn’t do a test, I thought to myself I don’t need to put myself through the stress of having another negative test and the stress and upset that brings. I can be patient and I trust that whatever time the baby comes will be the right one so I can just wait and see if my period comes. Unfortunately it did but I have been so much calmer and not letting myself feel down or negative about it because I know now that I am enough, I am ready to be a mother and I trust that my baby will come at the right time . This is huge for me, especially as someone who suffers with PMDD and how I’m struggled and really spiralled last year. I repeat the beliefs you coded in as affirmations and I journal them but mostly I believe them and it helps thank you so much for the session x

I really enjoyed my belief coding session with Tracey. She is a fantastic facilitator. It was my first belief coding session and she made me feel completely at ease straight away. Tracey was very good at explaining how belief coding works and guiding me through the process. At the end of the session I felt calm and confident and would love to have another belief coding session with Tracey. X

I approached Tracey as I was so fed up with my weight and unhappy in myself. Tracey helped me with advice on diet and weight management and although Tracey advised me on calories and nutrition, Traceys approach to helping me around the mindset stuff made me naturally start to have better habbits and feel better about myself in the process. Tracey is approachable and none judgemental especially around giving advice on mindset and overcoming stresses and anxieties life had thrown me. I was comfort eating and got into a vicious cycle that I needed to overcome. Tracey talked me through all of this, gave me helpful advice and worked everything out for me. Tracey personalised everything to myself and I didnt stick me on a fad diet which I wouldnt of ever stuck to. Definitely recommend! Thank you 😊

I have worked with Tracey since September 2024. We’ve gone through coaching, breathwork and the emotions around weight loss and menopause and self belief. She really gets to the root of why you feel like you do. She has given me the ability to deal with whatever life throws at me. Only a month and a half after our session , I managed to fall pregnant naturally. It was really healthy , natural un-complicated pregnancy straight forward to the birth. Thankyou for all you did, clearly something worked with the BC session after waiting the two years that we were trying to conceive.

Im so thankful to Tracey LC Wilson iv completed my block of three sessions and the changes have been incredible! Each week seeing more and more positive changes. From being more confident to not putting up with less than I deserve! I’m someone with a massive sweet tooth and often would have a sweet snack instead of a meal. Since iv completing my mind nav with Tracey iv realised I’m naturally making better choices and only eating when I’m hungry and since completing on 8 days ago I have lost half a stone! I just want to say a massive thank you for doing a brilliant belief coding session on me! I had been having a burning sensation in my stomach for a couple of weeks and I was starting to be really worried about it. After having my session with you and visiting many different memories and a few tears later my burning pain has completely gone I can’t believe it has worked so well I keep waiting for it to come back but it’s been a few weeks now since our session and it still hasn’t returned so I just want to say you were so patient calming and understanding all the way through the session I didn’t feel rushed as you gave me plenty of time to work through all my trauma in my memories and making it possible to relieve that pain I was holding on to in my stomach you were born to do belief coding and I’m so grateful you were able to help me.

I had my first ever Belief Coding® session with Tracey last year. Honestly, I had no idea what to expect, and it was way outside of my comfort zone. I was working on managing my weight, and the things that came up during that session blew my mind! I was able to release suppressed emotions that had been trapped inside me for around 20 years. After the session, I felt lighter. I can't really explain it, but Tracey made me feel supported, and the whole atmosphere was so much more relaxed than more clinical settings. It made it a lot easier for me to work through stuff with her.... It was also easier because very little talking was needed, and I didn't have to go into much detail or stories of past events. Since that session, I noticed that some physical symptoms I had been dealing with for ages just disappeared. Recently, I had another session with Tracey, this time focusing on pain. I was actually waiting to see a physiotherapist for it. But after that session, I actually thought about cancelling my appointment with the physio because the pain I had been experiencing for so long just went as well. I felt like I could run a marathon the next day, even though I had been struggling to even walk for weeks. I am so grateful to Tracey, seriously. I still don't fully understand how it all works, but the experiences I've had so far have been absolutely mind-blowing. I would recommend it to anyone who's been dealing with pain. I mean, I waited for weeks to see a doctor and then waited for the physio appointment, but just one session with Tracey and the pain was gone. It's incredible.

What can I say about the amazing Belief Coding facilitator that is Tracey. A true light beam, and a beautiful soul. The session was unbelievable. I unexpectedly cried (so much!) through this session. Tracey helped me work through some teenage trauma I didn’t even realise I even had! What I thought was the root cause of my low self confidence and self worth – wasn’t! It was almost a background memory that I never looked in to. So, thank you for guiding me and letting me open up to you fully to help me heal. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart Tracey for the amazing breakthrough breathwork session I had with you a few weeks ago. Tracey gently guided me through the beginning of the session to pick out how I was feeling and my thoughts around speaking in groups, online and in- person, because I was never comfortable getting involved, I was that person who would sit and not want to be heard. During the actual breathwork session the emotions that come up, tingling sensations, heat that went through my body then coldness was mind blowing 🤯 I am now feeling so confident and found my voice that I have been speaking in my trainings and getting involved speaking at in person events and actually held an in- person myself at the weekend. Hey, just wanted to say thank you for that amazing breath work session. I've never done one before and didn't really know what to expect. I thought it might feel a bit weird doing it in a group and online but actually I just put my headphones on and completely lost myself in it. You have an incredibly soothing voice! I found it really easy to follow on and I had some amazing images come up as you were guiding us. Honestly, by the end I felt I was flying! I felt so good! Anyway, just wanted to say thanks again, I'd definitely be interested in doing it again! Xx
