I’m a Cognitive Rewiring Practitioner and Mind & Body Health Coach, blending 23 years of NHS experience with emotional, subconscious and lifestyle work. After navigating Graves’ disease, asthma and deep grief myself, I now help people understand their patterns, release what’s weighing them down and reconnect with their wellbeing in a safe, grounded way.
